Comprehensive regenerative and RFA treatment for upper spine pain

58-year-old former athlete with post‑laminectomy syndrome continued care focused on significant tension above a prior fusion. We performed intra-articular facet injections at T12/L1, L1/L2, and L2/L3, delivering regenerative biologics directly into the joints, then an interlaminar epidural at L2/L3 to reduce local inflammation. Medial branch radiofrequency ablation at L1/L2 and L2/L3 targeted the nerves servicing the facets and paraspinal muscles to decrease pain and improve mobility. The combined protocol — stem cells, exosomes, peptides, facet injections, an epidural, and RFA — aims to address root causes, restore resilience, and optimize healing.
